Great hostel with great staff who will do anything to make your stay in Hanoi great.
They can help you with anything, from bus tickets to tours.
Rooms are clean and have airconditioning. Bathroom and shower are good too.
Can highly recommend this place!Nick d
My friend and I stayed here in the female form and it was fantastic. Lily, Rezma, Stu and all the staff were so helpful and friendly – nothing was too much trouble for them. The free breakfast was amazing – the best I’ve had since being in Vietnam! Clean towels and a good size locker were good too. They also sorted out my open bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh City. Overall, a fantastic stay and I couldn’t fault the place! I’ll be back!Ellier
See you at lily’s was easily the best hostel I stayed in during my time in Vietnam, the staff were lovely and went to great lengths to help at any opportunity, whether it be sorting trips out for you or advising on things to do in Hanoi. Don’t know how they managed it but Rez and Stu have managed to create one of the friendliest and most social hostels I’ve ever stayed in, from the outset it feels warm and welcoming and once you’re there you realise that the hostel is somehow full of lovely people. I can’t overemphasise how nice the staff are, Rez was even kind enough to listen to my terrible screenplay. 8/8 would go again, would recommend.Robert H
